Erika Van Wagner

Chief Client Services Officer

Erika Van Wagner is a highly-versatile healthcare executive with over 25 years of wide-ranging experience at both fast-growing startups and large, established healthcare companies. She has a proven track record of ideating and implementing new programs and processes, building and cultivating profitable joint ventures, and generating new business. 

As the Chief Client Services Officer of Navvis, Erika oversees Navvis’ shared services operational teams, including solution operations, value-based care operations, practice optimization, analytics, and market economics. She is responsible for deploying Navvis’ solution to maximize performance in value-based care payment models in partnership with leading health systems, health plans, and physician organizations across the country. In addition, Erika serves as the executive people manager for internal and client-facing senior-level leaders. 

Before joining Navvis, Erika served as the General Manager and Executive Director, Indiana, at Cityblock Health, where she was responsible for overall performance in value-based government programs within the state of Indiana. Prior to that role, Erika developed and managed value-based care program operational playbooks for healthcare startups including Wellvana Health and Bright HealthCare. 

Previously, Erika served as Vice President of Strategy for Innovista Health Solutions, where she managed delegated risk and value-based agreements. She was responsible for constructing and managing Innovista’s first joint venture in Illinois, devising operational best practices for all of the venture’s government and commercial value-based care programs. Erika also served as Vice President of Managed Care for PBC Advisors, overseeing managed care contracting for a number of large and small single and multispecialty provider groups, ancillary providers, and facilities. 

Erika holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health from Indiana University and a Master’s in Health Administration from the University of Missouri.
