Juliann Molecavage

Senior Vice President, Client Partner Operations, Navvis

With more than 22 years of experience as a healthcare professional, Juliann Molecavage brings to Navvis her diverse background in operational management, clinical transformation, and value-based care. She has successfully led many strategic initiatives — including those for vulnerable populations — that focused on lowering cost and utilization by accurately identifying disease burden and risk stratification, and implementing care pathways.

As Senior Vice President, Client Partner Operations at Navvis, Juliann is responsible for building, managing, and improving the day-to-day operational function of Navvis’ population health management programs and interventions. She oversees and directs the leaders of Navvis’ value-based care operations teams in the ambulatory, acute care, and post-acute care spaces across multiple geographic markets.

Before joining Navvis, Juliann served as Vice President, Value Based Initiatives at Apex Health Solutions, a Houston-based transformational healthcare company. Prior to that role, Juliann spent close to 20 years at Geisinger in a number of different leadership roles, including Associate Vice President, Quality & Primary Care Services. At Geisinger, she conceptualized and executed a value-based care model for more than 50 primary care outpatient primary care settings, deploying team-based care while managing the total cost of care. Through this work, she was able to decrease the total cost of care for Medicare eligible populations as well as decrease overall inpatient utilization, decrease medical expense reimbursement, and improve quality outcomes.

Juliann received both her Master of Healthcare Administration and Doctor of Healthcare Administration degrees from Walden University. She also holds certifications in Medical Economics and Value Measurement from Health Care from Harvard University, and an Executive Leadership Certification from Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine. She is a member of the American Medical Group Association’s Quality Leadership Council and Women in Leadership Council.
