Nicole Amling is an agile leader with extensive experience driving people strategy forward through disruptive forces with care and change management. Having worked in both large publicly traded companies and small privately owned and start-up organizations, she has the keen ability to deliver business results while promoting and growing a strong, innovative, and influential culture.
As the Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources for Navvis, Nicole leads an innovative people function to support Navvis’ fast growth and expanding portfolio. She manages all people-related strategy, including talent acquisition, talent development, total rewards, culture and employee engagement, HR compliance, organizational and change management, administrative and facility operations.
Prior to joining Navvis Healthcare, Nicole was the Vice President of Human Resources for Magellan Health Services. In this role, she served as the HR business lead for the executive team and led all organizational change management initiatives and internal HR operations. Nicole has also held leadership positions in healthcare organizations such as Covidien (now Medtronic) and Forest Laboratories. In these roles, she led the HR function for US corporate and manufacturing operations and provided HR strategy for corporate staff, respectively.
Nicole holds a Master of Liberal Arts in Management from Harvard University, where she also earned Organizational Effectiveness and Strategic Management certificates. In addition, she holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Theory from Lindenwood University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
