Katie Nowak

Katie is Market President, ensuring the successful delivery of market-based population health solutions for health plans, health systems, hospitals, and provider organizations. As a seasoned healthcare executive with more than 25 years of experience, Katie brings considerable expertise in healthcare strategy, product design and delivery, EMR installations, and overall healthcare transformation at the point of care.

At Navvis she leads an interdisciplinary team that includes clinical strategy and design, analytics and reporting, network development and management, technology, and centralized and in-market operations. She is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of population health management across all clients and populations.

Prior to joining Navvis, Katie served in senior leadership roles at leading health systems in the Midwest, working in roles that spanned informatics and technology, strategic product design, and ambulatory and inpatient care delivery. Most recently she was Vice President of Care Management Informatics and Business Support at Mercy Health, one of the largest Catholic health systems in the U.S. Katie also served in leadership roles at SSM Health, one of the largest non-profit health systems in the country.

Katie received an Executive MBA from Washington University, Olin School of Business. She also received a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from Washington University School of Medicine. She received a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Truman State University.
