Before joining Navvis, Dr. Gleason served as National Chief Medical Officer for Population Health Services Operations at Lumeris, where he recruited and led a team of regional medical directors supporting health systems nationwide in advancing their value-based care performance. Earlier, as Chief Medical Officer at Cookeville Regional Medical Center, he directed hospital quality improvement initiatives that reduced readmissions, improved sepsis outcomes, and strengthened clinical governance. He also served as Medical Director of Network and Clinical Operations at Vanderbilt Health Affiliated Network, where he helped design and optimize clinically integrated networks serving more than 200,000 covered lives.

Dr. Gleason has also advised health systems, payers, and startups as CEO and Managing Partner of H2V Advisors and as a Director at Guidehouse, where he helped organizations develop and implement value-based strategies, ACO/CIN models, and performance improvement programs. Earlier in his career, he practiced obstetrics and gynecology for two decades, earning recognition in Tennessee for his clinical excellence and leadership.

Dr. Gleason earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Kansas School of Medicine, completed his residency and chief residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, and holds an MBA with a concentration in healthcare from Auburn University.
