Paul is an information technology executive focused on delivering transformational solutions to solve the biggest challenges in healthcare today. With more than 30 years of experience in the information technology field, Paul is a recognized expert in application development and integration, data management and data warehousing, analytics, and data science.

As our Chief Technology Officer, Paul leads Navvis’ technology strategy to support the transformation of healthcare to a value-based approach. He is responsible for all aspects of technology delivery and support for Navvis’ Coreo platform, a critical tool for health plans, hospitals, physician enterprises, and health systems across the country. Paul oversees the operations of data, applications, and analytics, from data integration to IT support.

Prior to joining Navvis, Paul led Value-Based Contracting Analytics for SSM Health, a leading health system in the Midwest, where he delivered contract financial modeling and value-based care analytics. In this role, he identified improvement opportunities in financial performance and clinical outcomes and supported contracting, finance, medical, and executive leadership with analysis and digital tools. Prior to SSM Health, Paul was Vice President of Clinical Informatics for HealthTrust Purchasing Group, responsible for automation and analytics solutions supporting the quadruple aim and GPO contracting.

Previously, Paul served at Mercy Health for fourteen years.  For seven years he led the IT department for ROi, Mercy’s supply chain and commercial GPO organization as VP of Information and Technology Solutions, and for seven years served as Executive Director for Business Intelligence and Enterprise Architecture teams.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Harvard University.
