Industry Expert with Decades of Experience Enables Company to Rapidly Scale Solutions to Reimagine Population Health
St. Louis, MO, August 22, 2019 – Navvis, a leading population health company, today announced that Miles Snowden, M.D., MPH, joined the company as chief operating officer. Dr. Snowden will be responsible for key centralized functions at Navvis, including clinical operations and implementations, as well as ongoing, in-market delivery of the company’s population health solutions.
Dr. Snowden brings a wealth of clinical, operational, and market-facing experience, both within and outside of healthcare, and has held previous executive and clinical leadership roles at TeamHealth; UnitedHealthcare and Optum, companies of UnitedHealth Group (NYSE: UNH); and Delta Air Lines (NYSE: DAL). In these roles, Dr. Snowden worked extensively with health plans, providers, employers and consumers and devoted much of his career to addressing the gaps and opportunities that exist across these stakeholders.

Dr. Snowden completed both his undergraduate and medical degrees at the University of Louisville, and his medical residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He is certified in internal and preventive medicine and holds a master’s degree in public health.
